Meet the chef
I took a deep interest in food early on and started cooking in my early teens. From there I studied culinary arts, earned my degree, and spent years in busy professional kitchens learning to cook well when it counts. Today I cook for events across the Santa Clarita Valley, building every menu around the people at the table and the food they actually want to eat.
The MAD in Mad Chef stands for Making a Difference: in every dish I send out, and in people’s lives, through flavors and food they’ll remember. Most clients leave happy and come back, often booking well ahead, so if you’d like me to cook for you, calling ahead is the best way to lock in your date.

For catering, we recommend 4 to 6 weeks ahead, especially for events over 50 guests. Private chef and meal prep usually need 1 to 2 weeks of lead time. If you’re in a tighter spot, ask anyway. We sometimes have room.
Yes. We regularly cook gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, and halal-style menus. Mention it in your quote request and we’ll build the menu around it from the start, not as an afterthought.
Catering is priced per guest based on your menu. Private chef and meal prep are flat-rate per session or week. You’ll get a clear, itemized quote within 3 to 5 days, no templates, no upsells.
We focus on the Santa Clarita Valley for catering, private chef, and meal prep. If you’re just outside the valley, ask anyway, we can often still help, and any small travel fee is included in the quote upfront so there are no surprises.
Yes. After you fill out the quote form, we send a custom sample menu tailored to your event before any deposit. No commitment until you’re happy with it.
